There was a demand from our customers to build simple ergonomics devices in the same robust way, with the same attention to quality, as the SailRail line of automated products. Customers that have benefitted from the SailRail IndexAir and IndexEr linefeed automation are now taking advantage of our ErgoKart, Accuturn and ergonomic product line.

Ergonomic designs include "Tilters" and "The Ergo-Tilt-Veyor," simple cost effective solutions for container presentation. Both are an ideal height and tilt for maximum ergonomic benefit,requires no air or electrical services, and are simple to install. "The Tilter" is a robust linefeed display device used to position and tilt a container or rack to provide maximum ergonomic benefits for the operator.

"The Tilter" utilizes a simple mechanical mode of operation, thus eliminating the need to provide electrical or pneumatic power to the unit. The horizontal carriage rotates around an off center pivot point. When one end is raised by HiLo forks the opposite end lowers and becomes fixed and locked at a tilt angle of 30 degrees.
