SailRail has recently completed supply of the new cart fleet for GM Powertrain’s Toledo plant. The entire fleet was supplied with low ergonomic force rotate decks interlocked to the tow bar for enhanced safety. The carts were customized to suit specific applications within the manufacturing process and supplied in a multitude of  sizes and shapes.

The SailRail Accuturn® turntable is your best choice for heavy-duty applications. Available in single and multiple positions. It can be equipped with tilts as well as lifts for maximum productivity. Power is delivered by an electric motor coupled to a VFD allowing controlled ramp up/down and rotational speeds. Cycle time can range from 10-20 seconds depending on load and table size and is designed to interface with robotic devices.
