IndexAir Over/Under machines incorporate two IndexAir lanes one over the other with a vertical lift. Empty racks are indexed over top of full racks being linefed. Rack handling time is minimized through dual cycle fork lift operation. Deadheading is eliminated.

These Over/Under systems utilize the SailRail patented air-film technology to provide safe, quiet, clean and controlled movement with few moving parts. An air film "floats" a horizontal pneumatically powered reciprocating transportation bed, which is capable of indexing large groups of containers simultaneously.
