Side x Sides

Ideal for manufacturing, production and assembly linefeed operations, SailRail Side x Side machines provide a continuous uninterrupted supply of racks to the assembly line under operator control. Designed for high throughput and fast cycle requirements.

Side x Side machines consist of an infeed lane and an outfeed lane with two 90 ° cross-transfers.  Rack handling time is minimized through dual cycle forklift operation. Deadheading is eliminated and it is possible to index large groups of containers simultaneously.

Available with tilts and turntables, variable pick height and floor flush walk-in capabilities. Typical cycle times of 28 seconds are provided and faster cycle times are available - consult factory. Offered in various technologies.
