IndexAir Side by Side machines consist of two IndexAir lanes with two 90 ° cross-transfers. These Side by Side rack-handling systems utilize the SailRail patented air-film technology to provide safe quiet, clean and controlled rack indexing with few moving parts.
An air film "floats" a horizontal pneumatically powered reciprocating transportation bed, which is capable of indexing large groups of containers simultaneously.
IndexAir Side by Side machines automatically provide lower and carry rack linefeediug with zero pressure zone accumulation and complete footprint support. Side by Side machines automatically present racks to the workstation and remove fulls or empties, thus providing the operator or robot with a buffer
Side by Side machines can interface with
jogs, tilts and turntables. Cycle speeds of approximately 28 seconds can be provided. For faster cycle speeds - consult factory.
