| Lean Indexer systems are specifically developed for fork free applications. Lean Indexers utilize live rollers working in conjunction with a pneumatic pusher dog to advance racks through the system. Lean Indexers are designed to interface with carts that are tugged to the line. The racks are manually pushed by an operator off the cart into the first position of the lean indexer where they are then pulled along the live rollers. The system can also be loaded/unloaded forklift or AGV.
